its 935am and I'm so bored. its Friday and I've zero mood to work so I thought why not churn out a blog entry!

honestly its very much an easy task for me to blog cos I'm always taking photos, almost everywhere I go. all I need to do is just flood this space with my faces and my girlfriends'. right now you can choose to click on the x button if you can't stand the sight of vainpots!

I haven't been blogging anything decent since months ago.. how long ago exactly was it? I last posted some meaningless whining post on June 20th. since I'm feeling my blogging mojo again, maybe I'll do a summation of how I spent my September so far!

so anyway September is my babygirl's birthday month! too bad she is away on her actual day at bkk (probably her favoritest place on earth) so we had an early celebration on the 8th at a Japanese restaurant Ikoi @ Miramar Hotel! been hearing all the ravings on how awesome the food are so we gave it a try. it was around $44 per pax for dinner buffet after GST and service charge. free flow of sashimi so I guess its pretty worth it? but I didn't like it that the whole restaurant is very space constraint, the service staff had to literally squeeze to take orders. the serving time was a tad slow and they don't serve free desserts! I think I'll just give it a 3.5/5 stars.

we then had old school Wall's ice cream and strolled from Robinsons Quay to Clarke Quay. aimless walking nights can be really satisfying sometimes!

last Friday we finally met up with dear Jayden! haven't seen him since forever. it was a simple catch up session at One Fullerton's Coffee Bean, obviously I would prefer somewhere with beer but Overeasy was too packed! initially we wanted to try the Society Bar there but damn the outlet was closed down. so I tried my luck by suggesting to walk over to Clarke Quay but these 2 oldies were too shagged to walk that far. so we settled just for coffee! nevertheless it was still a cosy night. I really miss the good ol' days when we first started out in OCBC together. well I guess everyone just needed to move on.. at least I know I'm moving on. :)

I always order this same old pasta (chicken mushroom fusilli) whenever I dine there. for some weird reason I couldn't even finish half of it that night. waste $.

I think I'm getting too alcohol inclined cos to me catching up simply means chilling somewhere with alcohol. am I strange, no? but ever since my blackout night, I made a promise to drink very wisely and very responsibly.

okay I'll continue another Sept post soon. anyway this post had been sitting in my draft since Friday. it's already a bright Sunday morning now! Good Sunday yo. by the way I just permed my hair yesterday, I like! but the curl is a bit too tight now.. hopefully it'll loosen up after a few more washes.
